Canon EF-S 10-18mm f/4.5-5.6 IS STM

This is a nice ultra-wide angle for Canon’s models with APS-C sensor. The EF-S 10-18 is a compact and smooth optic. The sharpness is surprisingly good for the price range, and especially at the shortest focal length, where the sharpness is high from edge to edge already on aperture f / 4.5.

The lens is mostly made of plastic and also the bayonet joint of the same material. I have found that the image stabilization is very effective. If you’re an owner of a APS-C sensorcamera, this is a nice and affordable wide-angle lens for landscape and seascape photo.
